GreenDay Series® is a special line of dietary supplements for everyone using premium ingredients. It is a variety of products intended to complement the normal diet by additional supplementation of ingredients not found in the common diet. Recommended Daily Dosage: 1 capsule/day. Directions for use: take 1 capsule with 250 ml of water preferably after the midday meal.
