SHIPPING, WITHDRAWAL, AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via GLS, a European parcel delivery company. GLS operates throughout Europe with integrated national and international networks, ensuring reliable delivery within the agreed time frame.

GLS guarantees delivery of packages within 24 hours in Spain and between 24 and 72 hours within Europe.

WildFreak will dispatch customer orders on the same business day, provided the order is placed before 17:00 (5:00 PM).

If there are any issues with the order (e.g., delivery address confirmation, payment verification, out-of-stock items, etc.), we will contact the customer through the “Contact Us” section. We will wait for a response for up to three business days. The order will not be shipped until we receive a reply. If no response is received within that period, the order will be canceled and the payment refunded.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically when the order is placed. For any questions regarding shipping, please contact us through any of our available communication channels.

Free shipping is available within mainland Spain for purchases over €24.90.

 

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the customer has a period of 14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been opened or tampered with, retains its original seal, and is in perfect condition for resale.

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, returns will not be accepted for food products, nutritional supplements, or similar items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or handled, as established by regulations regarding perishable or consumable goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Food products, nutritional supplements, or beverages that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Customized products or items made to the customer’s specific request.

  • Items that, once opened, have lost their condition as new products.

 

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return within the legal period and under the indicated conditions, the customer must notify WildFreak clearly through one of the following channels:

The message must include:

  • Customer’s full name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Reason for the return

  • Products to be returned

Once the request has been received, detailed instructions for managing the return shipment will be provided.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and no signs of use.

  • Returns of opened, unsealed, or tampered products will not be accepted.

  • The customer must bear the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product attributable to WildFreak.

  • It is recommended to keep the proof of shipment until confirmation of receipt at our warehouse.

WildFreak reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damageddefective, or does not match the item ordered, the customer must notify WildFreak within 48 hours of receiving the order and include a photo or video clearly showing the issue.

In such cases, WildFreak will cover the return shipping costs and offer the customer either:

  • replacement product, or

  • full refund of the amount paid.

 

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned products have been received and verified, WildFreak will process the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt at our warehouse.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the return is due to an error on WildFreak’s part or a defective product.

 

6. EXCEPTIONS

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Supplements or foods whose packaging has been unsealed or opened.

  • Products on promotion, clearance, or outlet, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
