What is REM Phase?
A 100% natural product (this product is a food supplement, not a drug) which helps you achieve optimal rest thanks to its ingredients: Gaba (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system. It plays a decisive role in good mood, reducing anxiety and promoting deep sleep. A very interesting alternative for those who want to control mild cases of anxiety, without having to resort to more aggressive medications. Magnesium, involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions, indispensable for a good physical and mental balance. It also helps with deficiency of this mineral. Melatonin, a hormone produced by the pineal gland that uses it to inform the brain whether it is night or day, and therefore whether it is time to sleep or to be active. It synchronizes the biological clock and marks the changes in metabolic activity. It also has an anti-stress effect, facilitates nocturnal recovery, stimulates the immune system, and its antioxidant action protects the body from free radicals. Vitamin B6, essential for the proper functioning of enzymes (proteins that regulate the body's chemical processes). Vitamin B6 also influences brain development during pregnancy and childhood, as well as the immune system and is a regulator of the nervous system. REM Phase also contains zinc for a formula that will not only optimize sleep, but also compensate for possible zinc deficiencies, which are often related to low testosterone levels.
