Delivery and returns
Orders will be sent via the parcel service company GLS. This company operates on a European level. Its national distribution networks are coordinated with its long-distance services, and all its IT systems and processes are integrated at a European level, so working with GLS is a guarantee of reliable delivery within the agreed time frame.
GLS guarantees the delivery of packages in Spain in less than 24 hours and in Europe within 24 to 72 hours.
WildFreak will ship the customer's order the same day it is placed, as long as it is placed within one business day before 5:00 pm.
If any doubt arises regarding the order (confirmation of the delivery address, verification of payment, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer by message through "Contact Us". We will wait for a response from the customer for three working days. The order will not be sent until we receive a response to our message. If we do not receive a response within the specified time, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded.

How does returning an order work?
If you've changed your mind about your order, don't worry. At WildFreak we accept returns within 15 calendar days from the date of confirmation and purchase in our store. Please note that the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received: unopened and with the original packaging and box.
In the case of having bought a pack, all the products that make up the pack must be returned, as the pack itself is considered a product.
At the time of processing the return, you can choose to receive a refund or a discount coupon for the value of the returned products so that you can use it in your next purchase. In these cases WildFreak will refund the customer for the products received, but not the shipping costs, if any, of the original order.
Once we receive the products back, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to arrange either a refund or a discount coupon.
he customer will have to pay the shipping costs that may arise from the return of the order with the exception of the following cases:
- the order is received damaged due to incidents during transport,
- the product does not match the product purchased.
In that case we will take care of everything, including shipping costs incurred by the return.
WildFreak will make every effort to reimburse the customer as quickly as possible. However, WildFreak has the right to refund within 15 days from the time the product arrives at our warehouse.
If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the account associated with that card and will appear on the next statement.
The customer can also choose the option to be reimbursed by means of a discount coupon, regardless of the payment method used in the original order. The coupon is valid for 12 months from the date it is created. Once this period has expired, no refund can be made.
