The natural process of yeast fermentation is supplemented with small levels of B vitamins. The yeast cream is pasteurized, then dried, spray or roller dried and finally milled. This process allows the vitamins to interact with the yeast cells and the gentle processing conditions mean that the level of vitamins, minerals and other micronutrients is retained. Recommended Daily Dosage: 1 capsule. Directions for use: take 1 capsule with 250 ml of water preferably after the midday meal. Ingredients: brewer's yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae); gelatin capsule (gelatin, colorant: titanium dioxide; colorant: tartrazine); stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
